The Colorado River begins in the heart of Rocky Mountain National Park and flows 1400 miles through 7 states from Gore Canyon to the Grand Canyon. The Colorado River is the sixth largest river in the U.S.A. and is part of the Four Corners of the Southwest.
The Colorado River offers varying degrees of adventure from heart stopping Class V+ rapids to gentle meandering float trips. Whitewater rafting and boating along the river also brings about diverse scenery depending on which section of the river you raft.
